The Dell Inspiron E1505 is a laptop. You can’t buy graphics card for it as the graphics chips for (almost all) laptops are soldered on the motherboard. There have been a couple top-end (i.e., high-cost) laptops (by Alienware for one) that have had equally high-cost replacement graphics chips/cards. A few even have dual graphics cards. Yours is not one of those.

Capricorn1 is correct, with laptops the built-in video adapter isn’t something that you can replace, like desktops.
There is a new type of external video adapter for laptops but it’s quite expensive.
