Simple answer no, no graphics card under 300$+ will run it under MAX settings. Or Res
I dont know what GSO stands for sry, but ya. Judging by the specs it won’t run it max settings with high res, not many video cards can and those that can arn’t cheap, they have insane physics engines. But i mean with that you could possibly run it at medium with relatively decent resolution.
Don’t overclock if you dont know how to, its more complicated than you may think, you need to upgrade power supply, change the way your tower cools, etc. unless you want it to fry on you, sorry i can’t give some positive feedback on that :S
Overclocking has a lot of cons if you dont do it right, say for example, you can cause it to mess up, you can fry it completely, it voids any kind of warranty, it can fry your motherboard along with it, and your power supply, etc.
9800GTX is a cheap one that would be able to run it.
Its not cheap tho around 350$

The games on the box if you dont know how to overclock leave it be better for you like your rig look after it alone overclocking creates heat destroy components so if you like your rig.
