Can an Nvidia Geforce 6100 run Assassins Creed?

I’m looking into getting PC games and i haven’t upgraded my graphics card but my LAPTOP is only six months old. I probably wont get a new graphics card but I want to know if my card will run this game. Any help or websites would be great.
